This was our first visit to Suffield Veterinary Hospital with our mini Bernadoodle pup. We were impressed by the cleanliness and layout of the waiting area. We were taken into an exam room in a timely manner and greeted by Dr Huntington. The exam was thorough and we felt very comfortable asking whatever questions we had. We left with a solid game plan for dealing with our pups issue. I like that I received a text message on Saturday morning with the results of one of the tests. I appreciate the timely communication. Overall we were very pleased with our visit and are confident that our pup will receive an excellent level of care.
We’ve been bringing our dog here for years, and I can’t say enough good things about the team. No matter how big or small the issue, they always take the time to listen, explain things clearly, and make sure our dog gets the best care possible. From routine checkups to unexpected visits, they’ve always been kind, thorough, and professional. We feel really lucky to have such a trusted vet close by.
I take all 4 of my cats there, everyone’s always been so great, kind and compassionate. The cat I am the closest with needed emergency surgery a couple years ago and after I was a worry wart about everything with her but they listened and replied to every text message I sent/call and checked up on her! Highly recommend!
Some of the nicest people I've gotten to work with. I had several bad experiences with vets and these people put me right at ease. They're so friendly and they take such good care of my cats! Dr. Laston really is wonderful with them! The front desk staff is always very kind and accommodating.
Honestly have tried a few vets and between pricing and my concerns they have been really great. I do not feel rushed and they genuinely listen and try to find a solutions for my dogs needs with his allergies. Also when I went to pay I was pleasantly surprised that it was not an outrageous bill. To add.. I never take the time to leave places reviews so I wanted to make sure I did so others feel confident going here.
